For various large equipment purchased by Advanced Material Testing Center, their progressiveness, discipline requirements, and complementarity of existing equipment have been fully taken into account in the progress of planning which covers three orientations, materials preparation, structure characterization and performance test. It can carry out analytical testing services like microstructure and morphology analysis, composition analysis, element analysis, surface analysis, pore size analysis, thermal analysis, ferroelectric, and dielectric. This testing platform serves material related majors in the university, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and factories and mining enterprises in the province, it is opened to the whole country. It is an important experimental base and public service platform for material analysis and testing, scientific research and high-level talent training.The testing service platform is accessible to everyone of the material-related schools in the university, and colleges, scientific research institutes, factories and mining enterprises in the whole province, facing the whole country, and the platform is an important experimental base and a public service platform for material analysis and testing, scientific research and high-level personnel training. The test platform will carry out extensive and in-depth academic exchanges and cooperation for the society, promote resource sharing and interdisciplinary cross research of large-scale instruments and equipment, improve the use efficiency of instruments and equipment, provide high-quality analysis and testing services to meet the needs of advanced material research and manufacturing, and make its contribution for the development of local economy and the improvement of science and technology level with scientific, reliable and fast testing methods and enthusiastic service attitude.

All instruments and equipment in Advanced Materials Testing Center have been installed in the ultra-clean room with an area of 320 square meters. The constant temperature and humidity are maintained throughout the year to meet the installation and operation requirements for instruments, provided a good environment for testing service. Special instruments are equipped with UPS power supply to prevent the impact of power failure on the instrument and test. The ultra-clean room currently has lots of international advanced large-scale precision instruments and equipment like the plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition system (PEALD-Ultratech Savannah G2 S200), transmission electron microscope(jeol jem-2100f),scanning electron microscope (jeolJSM-6360LV), field emission scanning electron microscope (Fei apreohivac), and X-ray diffraction analyzer (Bruker D8 Advance), UV / Vis / NIR spectrophotometer (hitachi-uh4150), Fourier infrared spectrometer(thermofisher Nicoletis50), synchrothermal analyzer (Netzschsta449f5), automatic specific surface area and pore size distribution analyzer (quantachromeatosorb-iQ), inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (PerkinElmer Avio 200), laser confocal micro Raman spectrometer (Renishaw invia), ferroelectric analyzer (German aixacCtTF analyzer 3000), dielectric impedance analyzer(novocontrol bds50), and four probes instrument(fourdimensions 280si),which could be used to carry out systematic analysis, testing and in-depth research on materials. It has good conditions from the synthesis and preparation of advanced materials, structural characterization, performance testing to the research and development of micro or nano devices, which provides a high-level scientific research platform for the cultivation of innovative talents.
